The Foundations growth capital fund (TF) is set to acquire significant shareholding positions (majority or minority with controlling rights), in a diversified set of Targets. TF will be actively involved in the turnaround, growth and financing decisions regarding the Targets, underwriting business plans and supervising operational strategies.

Diversification over sectors of specific expertise (also over number, strategy, company stage, etc.), hands-on involvement in the investees and vintage year cash-flow in the TF portfolio are the fundamentals of the Fund's set-up, decreasing the investment risk and reducing the sensitivity to economic cycles

The fund invests in businesses with:
- leadership which demonstrates vision, commitment, strong management skills and integrity,
- ability to build upon or achieve market leading positions,
- strong growth potential, and
- market which expands in a rapid and predictable way
